Shipping policy
US Shipping & Delivery Policy (Direct to Consumer)
Speedy Monkey LLC wants to thank you for your order. We trust you will be satisfied by the toy(s) purchased and can assure you that our fulfillment partner is all set to prepare it for shipping. This policy is direct consumers specific. All wholesale account members need to refer to the Wholesale Terms and Conditions that apply to them.
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49.99 (tax exclusive) and a standard shipping flat fee of $9.95 for orders under $50.00 (tax exclusive) after discounts/coupons are applied. Unfortunately, this offer does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other non-contiguous U.S. locations.
US Shipping:
We process orders and ship packages Monday through Friday for orders submitted by 1 p.m. (ET). We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
We strive to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Most orders shipping within the continental U.S. arrive within 3 to 5 business days of successful payment processing. Please allow more time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO /DPO addresses. We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses.
When applicable, the cost for shipping is determined by the destination of the shipment and the shipping method you choose, whether you are shipping outside the continental U.S. and whether your shipment includes any oversized items. Please see your shopping cart for the shipping charges for your order.
Shipping P.O. Box or APO/FPO address:
Please enter either an APO, FPO or DPO in the “City” field. All APO/FPO/DPO orders will be shipped at our Standard Shipping speed. Please note that delivery dates for APO/FPO/DPO and P.O. Boxes are not guaranteed. Please note that some carriers have certain delivery restrictions for PO boxes.
Shipping options:
We offer three shipping service levels: Standard, Expedited, and Rush with some conditions set by carrier. Please note the following:
- Check your cart for actual cost and timing for your specific shipment.
- During checkout, you'll be given an estimated arrival date for applicable shipping service levels.
- Some items are too large to ship Expedited or Rush (overnight).
- Certain factors may affect delivery dates, such as time of day when and order was placed and whether a holiday falls in the delivery range. Always check your cart, email confirmation, or Order History under My Account for delivery details about your shipment.
Tracking orders:
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. This email contains your package tracking number and the parcel carrier handling your shipment. You’ll be able to track your package by clicking on a button in that email. You can also check the status of your order anytime by first signing in to our site then going to the Account Details section. Go to Order History, then Order Details to find information on the shipping method and the tracking number. Orders with several items:
In order to deliver your purchases to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, we group items and ship them together. If for any reason this cannot be possible, they may ship separately and at different times but still within the expected delivery window.
Fee for oversized items:
Certain very large or very heavy items are subject to an oversized item fee. This would be calculated case by case and communicated to customer.
